What your customers get
A tracking link with your name on it
Every share link you copy or that Shyppy emails on your behalf starts with your domain. The page carries your logo, your colour and your support email.
A "track your shipment" page
At your domain's address, customers type a container, booking, bill of lading, air waybill or parcel number and see their shipment. Only your shipments, nobody else's.
The whole picture, not a status line
Route map with the current position, the carrier's dates, the vessel it is on and where that ship is now, every container movement, and the arrival prediction.
Nothing internal leaks
Your notes and tags stay in your dashboard. Branded pages show the shipment and nothing about your account or other customers.
"Powered by" is optional
Keep a small "Tracking by Shyppy" line or switch it off. Your customers' experience is yours to decide.
Fewer "where is my container?" emails
Send the link once. Customers check it themselves, and your team answers the questions that matter.
How it works
Add your brand
In your Shyppy account: brand name, logo (PNG or JPEG), colour, support email and website.
Connect your domain
Type the address you want, such as track.yourcompany.com. Shyppy shows the one DNS record to add at your domain provider; the certificate is issued automatically.
Share links as usual
From then on your links use your domain. Open a shipment, copy the link, send it. Customers can also search by number on your tracking page.
Straight answers
Do I need a developer?
No. Adding a DNS record is the only technical step, and it is the same one you did for your website or email. Your domain provider's help page covers it; we can walk you through it on a call.
Where do my team log in?
At shyppy.cy, as now. Your domain carries only the pages your customers see.
What does it cost?
It is part of the Business plan ($259/month, 50 auto-tracked shipments, 3 team members). No per-customer or per-link fees.
